After 25 years of making his way up the ladder in corporate America, Mike decided to take a leap…and landed firmly on his feet. He went from being one of those people who sat in a board room watching the clock and willing it to inch closer to 5 p.m., to not caring what time it is because now he loves his job so much.

In 2007, he blended his passion for hands-on projects with his business acumen and opened Encore Garage of Ohio. Mike loves steering his own ship. Known for his positive, high-energy personality, he’s an out-of-the-box thinker whose favorite part of the job is meeting people and making connections.

Mike describes his career as ultra-rewarding, as he treats people to the “wow” factor with every garage makeover. He leads a friendly and cohesive team of designers and installers who work with advanced polymer floor coatings, cabinetry, lighting and smart organizational storage systems to customize the transformation to each client’s personality. They get to know your pain points and specific organizational needs to maximize the potential of every square inch of space.
